• Interior tilings: basement floor room, Roca gres floor tile or similar, finest quality, ground floor and first floor, compact porcelanic gres floor tile, Roca or similar, finest quality and oak-finish floating parquet in the attic floor.

• Exterior tilings: gres floor tile, Bisbal or Aragón model..

• Bathroom and Kitchen tilings: finest quality white glazed tiles, 20x20 cm and perimeter listel tiling in small bathroom,finest quality compact porcelanic gres tile, marble copy with perimeter listel tiling in bathrooms. Finest quality old white tiles 20x20 cm with skirting board and decorative perimeter listel tile in kitchen.

• Staircases: Finest quality marble (colour to be chosen by D.F)

• Exteriors: Single coat, (colour to be chosen by D.F.)

• Interiors: Plaster

WOODWORK

• Exteriors: PVC Reinforced entry door, with security bolts and antilever lock, white PVC windows with Climalit glass, or similar, 4+6+4 and narrow slat rollable blinds.

• Interiors: solid wood doors, oak finish.

• Oak finish modular wardrobes, with division shelves and hanging bars in bedrooms.

INSTALLATIONS

• Electricity: depending on R.B.T. with Nielsen mechanism or similar

• Data, voice and image preinstallation(ICT)

• Video entry-phone system

• Heating/Air conditioning preinstallation

• Plumbing: copper pipes inside the house, for hot water circuit.Roca bathroom fixtures, Meridian model or similar, with Buades single lever taps, MT CHROME model.
