Solar energy: Installation of thermal solar energy with solar panels on the roof and individual deposit.

NOTE: The Promoters reserve the right to carry out the required necessary modifications regarding technical or legal orders during the execution of the works without that implying an impairment on the quality of materials. Quality Control of the Project of works execution by Accredited Technical Control Body. Decennial liability insurance according to the Building Planning Law. The natural stone may show evenness differences in tone and colour, as well as unavoidable imperfections. The Promoters will consider, at their discretion, and in each case, if the quality of these is acceptable or if any replacement or repair has to be carried out.
