History of our company

The origins of the managerial activity of CONSTRUCCIONES SAYCON S.L., dates from 1986, when a group of professionals from different branches of the Construction Industry and the Business Economy, attentive to the market demand, made the decision to establish the Company therefore making it a legal entity ever since.

The aims of the company are construction and refurbishment as well as carrying out projects that are useful for us to construct. We are currently involved in construction and property development, which allows us to closely monitor the constructions we carry out, from the study of the project to the moment that the keys are handed over.

On our long professional path. We have had both private and public customers, with entirely satisfactory results, due to the quality of the materials used and our detailed finishes, which has made possible for us to be one of the main construction and property developers of the province.

We are currently entirely dedicated to the building of propertiesof all kinds (flats, semi-detached houses, detached houses, etc) in the wonderful tourist area of ISLANTILLA, LEPE - ISLA CRISTINA (HUELVA), where we currently own a branch. Furthermore we have acquired land for the building of properties in the area of El Molino and the new area of La Florida in Huelva; this is the reason why we hope to keep a close link with our customers.
